We’re passionate about what we do and where we are. Far from being an overnight success, we’ve earned national recognition by taking our thirty years of experience in the renewable energy industry and constantly innovating our products, our thinking, and our goals.

David Blittersdorf, our CEO, isn’t new to renewable energy. When he was 14 he built his first wind turbine to light the small shack where he boiled sap into maple syrup. As a student at the University of Vermont, he built yet another wind turbine. And after he graduated, he went on to found and lead Renewable NRG Systems—one of the most successful wind-energy companies in the U.S. On New Year’s Eve 2008, he sketched out the initial design for a solar tracker that followed the sun like a sunflower. And AllEarth Renewables was born.

Furthermore, we have differentiated ourselves in the socially responsible investing space by long subscribing to SRI, ESG and IMPACT solutions, and would welcome the chance to further educate you in this critically important area. We're proud to be a gold member of VBSR, as the organization's values mirror our own vision as to how we can best grow and service Vermont.

Ben & Jerry’s was a founding member of VBSR and has remained a member since 1991. The company operates on a three-part mission that puts product, economic, and social goals on equal standing. Social mission campaigns focus on fighting for environmental and social justice, with the sweet spot landing where those areas overlap, such as climate change.

The company knows it’s going to take more than just the actions of individual businesses and people to fight climate change. Ben & Jerry’s Climate Change campaigns urge people to collectively call on elected leaders to support a rapid transition to the clean energy economy of the future.

Because if it’s melted, it’s ruined.

Let’s Grow Kids is the statewide movement to secure affordable access to high-quality child care for Vermont families by 2025. Our work is rooted in the belief that equitable access to high-quality early childhood education is our single best opportunity to prepare all children for success in life. The current global health crisis has made even more Vermonters painfully aware of the critical role that child care plays in our society. It is becoming clearer to all that child care is not an economic accessory; it is an absolute necessity to a thriving society and economy. To that end, our Business Strategy team works directly with employers to understand and address their employees’ child care needs and elevate the importance of early childhood education by engaging business leaders as public champions. Together we can build a stronger, more equitable, and sustainable child care system that works for all Vermont families.

PF+C has a 50+ year tradition of employees serving our community through volunteering, charitable work, and service on local non-profit boards. PF+C also remains dedicated to the environment and lessening its ecological footprint. For example, PF+C became Vermont’s first law firm to join the American Bar Association’s Law Office Climate Challenge. We continually strive to improve our internal processes and raise awareness of the simple things that can reduce our environmental impact, whether installing modern energy-efficient lighting, composting, recycling, and purchasing more environmentally friendly office supplies. We also serve numerous clients focused on the environment, community, renewable energy, and climate policy. While we serve clients in these areas, we also assist other businesses with any legal challenge, from employment and labor, taxes, property, commercial leases, and commercial transactions, to litigation, captive insurance, and business immigration. We are proud of our unique workplace where we continue to evolve as a supportive, family friendly, inclusive, and environmentally focused community.

ReArch Company specializes in maximizing the value of a project during the early design phases through collaboration with clients, the design team, and subcontractors.  The earlier an owner engages ReArch, as a part of an integrated project delivery process, the more opportunities there will be to take advantage of our thoughtful, innovative, and responsive construction solutions.

ReArch Company is unique, not only because we offer a comprehensive suite of development, construction, and property management services, but because we take a collaborative approach to every project.  We have proven that working with the owner and design team from the earliest stages will result in the most cohesive and efficient end product.  Most importantly we ensure that your scope of work will never outgrow your budget.

As a project moves through the life cycle from programming to schematic design, on to design development, and ultimately into construction, the cost of incorporating design changes increases significantly.  This is direct result of re-work required by the design team, along with the compounded effect a single modification may have on other building systems, which ultimately delays your project schedule.
